This work weaves together multiple modalities, including tarot, energy awareness practices, dream reflection, embodied movement, and symbolic inquiry, to support deeper self-understanding and personal development. This mentorship is not a fixed method or linear program. It is a living, responsive space where practices are drawn from depending on your intentions, interests, and current areas of focus. Sessions may include conversation-based reflection, intuitive guidance, somatic awareness practices, or energetic and symbolic tools such as tarot or reflective interpretation of lived experience. Areas of exploration may include: Tarot and intuitive symbolic reflection Dream awareness and interpretation practices Energy hygiene and clearing practices Reiki-based energetic sessions Crystal and herbal study as symbolic and educational tools Embodied movement and somatic awareness practices Shadow work as reflective self-inquiry and pattern recognition Spiritual philosophy and personal meaning-making frameworks This work is designed to support the development of personal awareness, self-trust, and embodied understanding. It is both reflective and educational in nature, offering tools and frameworks that can be integrated into daily life as part of an ongoing personal practice. Each session is shaped by what is most present and relevant for you at the time, with an emphasis on clarity, grounding, and self-directed growth. Rather than providing fixed answers, this mentorship supports you in developing your own relationship with intuition, embodiment, and inner guidance. This is a space for exploration, reflection, and skill-building within a spiritual and embodied context. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and does not replace licensed mental health or medical care.
