MINI OFFERINGS Short, focused classes designed to build skills, refine style, and explore your dance style. These 30–40 minute sessions are energetically and physically approachable, perfect before or after core classes, or as standalone drop-ins. FLEX Deep, targeted stretching to increase your range and mobility for dance. Focus on splits, shoulder and back mobility, hip openers, and spinal articulation. FREESTYLE Learn to improvise and move confidently on the spot. Explore creative expression without pre-planned choreography. Build comfort with musicality, flow, and intuitive movement to develop your personal movement style. HEELS WORK Technique and style for platform heels. Learn to stomp, clack, and move powerfully in heels. Includes edge work, floor pathways, and building confidence in your hooves. PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT Build confidence, stage presence, and choreographic skills. Practice writing mini choreos, connecting with the audience, using eye contact, and learning how to command the space with intention and energy. MINI CHOREOS Short, refined choreographic exercises. Learn little snapshots of choreo designed to be approachable and energizing. BASE WORK Pole skills around the base. Focus on spins, twizzles, and tricks close to the floor. EMBODIED STUDIES Tune into your body, your sensuality, and your own unique energy. Learn to express confidence, power, and presence through embodied practice. INJURY PREVENTION & CONDITIONING Strengthen the areas most used in pole dance. Target wrists, shoulders, rotator cuffs, knees, ankles, and core. Prevent injuries while building functional strength for safer, more sustainable practice. PROPS PLAY Have fun exploring movement with props. Build coordination, flow, and creative adaptability. OPEN FORUM Instructor-led Q&A and focused guidance. Bring questions, troubleshoot challenges, fine-tune your technique, or get personalized feedback. HYPNO LEGS Fluid, intentional lower-body movement. Focus on the hips, thighs, and lower trunk to create hypnotic, controlled sensual leg movement. CONTEMPORARY DANCE Flowing, lyrical, and expressive movement practice. Work with emotional embodiment, theatrical expression, and dramatic phrasing. Enhance fluidity, musical interpretation, and connection to story.
